Apple and Pear Popsicles

Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a pie dish.

Step 2

 Mix sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl.

Step 3

Steam or microwave pumpkin until soft and mash well.

Step 4

Using an electric beater, beat eggs in a large mixing bowl and add Rafferty’s Garden Pumpkin, Apple & Sweetcorn pouches and pumpkin and beat until well combined. Add spice mixture and stir through.

Step 5

Slowly add evaporated milk while beating mixture on a low speed.

Step 6

Pour into pie dish and cook for 40 minutes.

Step 7

Cool for about 15 minutes and then refrigerate for three hours before serving.
