About this Recipe
These chicken fingers are a great way to ensure your baby is getting both protein and veggie. They’re great as a snack on the run or to accompany a main meal.
- 250 chicken mince
- 1/4 leek finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- Rafferty’s Garden Quinoa, Apple & Apricot 6 month 120g
Storage tip: Freeze in lots of 3 in labelled and dates zip lock bags for up to 3 months.
Step by Step Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly (this is best done with your clean hands).
Mould mixture into desired shape. Fingers work well for a baby’s grasp.
Grill for 8 minutes or until golden then turn and continue for a further 4 minutes.
