About this Recipe
A delicious banana flavoured dessert your baby can enjoy and if you want to an accompaniment try a handful of fresh fruit.
- 2 medium very ripe bananas
- 2 x Rafferty’s Garden Vanilla Custard
- 1/3 cup full cream milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Olive oil spray
Any milk type can be used
For older babies, add some sliced fresh banana on top
Step by Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 170°C (160°C fan forced).
Mash the bananas very well until smooth and minimal lumps. Place all ingredients together into a mixing bowl and mix well using an electric beater until well combined and smooth.
Lightly spray four oven-proof ramekins and divide the custard mixture evenly between the ramekins.
Place onto the middle rack of your oven and cook for 35-40 minutes until the custards are nicely golden.
Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
