Semolina and smooth fruits
2 serves (½ cup)

2 tbsp semolina
1 teaspoon margarine
1 tsp sugar (optional)
For older babies serve with mashed or soft cut up fruit pieces such as fresh banana, mango, stone fruit or pear
Refrigerate leftover portions and use within two days
- Step 1
Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan. Add the semolina, sugar and margarine and stir constantly until mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
Served topped with a dollop of Rafferty's Garden apple, pear and cinnamon (and nothing else) or any other of your favourite fruit combo's from the Rafferty’s smooth Range
- My Bub loves this! I add ground cardamom to it too.. or vanilla extract.. it’s a very quick brekky when bubs getting bored of cereal..
