Veggie Pasta Bake
Check out this delicious pasta bake using Rafferty's Garden Just Veggies for a healthier twist.
1 cup cooked pasta, prepared according to packet instructions
¼ cup freshly grated good quality cheddar cheese, plus extra to top
Small handful (7 or 8 large) spinach leaves, roughly chopped
This recipe is suitable for babies aged 10 months +
- Step 1
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Step 2
- In a small bowl, combine all the pasta bake ingredients and mix well. Transfer them to a small baking dish, and top with the extra grated cheese.
- Step 3
- Put the pasta bake in the oven, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbling and golden.
- I tried this along with the Apricot Chicken fingers, and this one was a definite hit. I added some chicken mince to bulk it up, and add more protein, but that was a personal choice. My little one loved it!
